ITF is a US-based, global finance and market development company, and was founded in 2009 by Jeffrey B. Kamins.
Jeffrey has an MBA/MIM from Thunderbird, School of Global Management (#1 ranking in international business by Wall Street Journal for nearly 20 years). In 2009, Jeffrey founded ITF to support manufacturers and exporters in the US grow international sales by integrating financing solutions into their export sales and distribution process, in order to both mitigate risk of non-payment and to substantially grow international business making it more predictable and systematic. With Jeffrey’s experience in project finance, and attracting debt and equity finance to mainly emerging market projects, ITF also today helps project developers and investors to realize financing of their own projects by tapping both the expertise of the core members of ITF and utilizing a vast global network that ITF has now grown to.
Jeffrey has over has 25 years of experience in international sales and financing of equipment and projects including US Department of Commerce ITF BISNIS program, which helped to support over $1 billion in US trade and investment to the CIS countries (where he began to learn and today still is a proficient Russian speaker); CIS Senior Manager handling project finance and trading at Germany energy conglomerate, RWE, AG (OTCMKTS: RWNFF); Director of International Markets, Valley Irrigation (Valmont Industries (NYSE: VMI); and AGCO (NYSE: AGCO) Director of Finance CEE and Eurasia Region, covering 30+ markets for AGCO for all key account customer project finance, dealer wholesale finance and retail finance programs to support AGCO-branded equipment sales.
ITF TODAY Today, ITF has grown its global team to having directors in 44 cities covering over 100 markets, with a network exceeding 300 financial institutions including Export Credit Agencies, private credit insurers, development banks, asset-based financing providers such as leasing companies and local banks, hedge funds, family houses, merger & acquisition firms, corporate restructuring firms, trade finance banks, IFRS auditors, wealth managers of high networth individuals, factoring and forfeiting. The company’s mission is to bring maximum value to its customers, whether they are suppliers of equipment or investors and project developers who need CAPEX financing solutions or additional equity to achieve their targets.
