WHAT WE DO

We build and manage finance programs, as well as arrange financing for projects globally.

RETAIL FINANCE

We build turn-key point-of-sale retail finance programs and partnerships between equipment suppliers, their distribution partners and local and regional financial institutions. This includes multiple partner development, interest rate subvention, risk sharing, remarketing arrangements, and finance programs focused on mass market and key account customers.  In the last eight years, ITF has built over 87 retail finance partner programs in more than 30 countries.  Retail finance is a key way to help manufacturers and their distribution partners turn over inventory, mitigate payment risk, grow market share, increase total sales and capture business from small and large customers.

WHOLESALE FINANCE

ITF assists manufacturers in providing deferred payment options to their distribution partners worldwide, through various intelligent tools that integrate with ITF's support to retail finance.  ITF recognizes that RETAIL DRIVES WHOLESALE, and the two are interdependent: strong retail finance programs often require the distribution partner to carry adequate inventory in country, while retail finance helps ensure that inventory turns over earlier.

KEY ACCOUNT CUSTOMER (KAC) FINANCE

The Pareto principle, which states that 80% of revenue comes from 20% of the clients is the concept behind having a KAC sales strategy.  KAC's often have larger volume purchase requirements, and a need for CAPEX items beyond what a specific supplier might quote.  Multiple suppliers are often needed.  ITF acts as an integration partner to the OEM in its KAC sales strategy by independently bundling financing into one package, often with a single finance solution.   This not only diversifies you from the competition and offers value to your KACs, but also reduces the need for your distribution partners to use their valuable wholesale credit limits on KACs. This allows distribution partners to direct those limits toward mass-market clients instead, yet still win big projects and share in the proceeds.   Financing terms are cross-border and often offer much more competitive terms than offered by local banks and leasing companies.

DISTRIBUTION EXPANSION

ITF can assist in finding and appointing new distribution partners where OEMs have gaps, by enticing them to sign up, offering ready-made finance options for retail, wholesale and KAC's.   ITF's global reach includes access to over 100 markets, enabling ITF to assist in referring new distribution partners globally.

SUPPORT FOR PROJECT DEVELOPERS, INVESTORS & GOVERNMENTS

Our diversified team supports project developers to leverage their investment, attracting co-investment and long-term debt finance on the best terms. ITF can utilize a wide range of options for structured trade finance and project finance, support off-take arrangements and guarantee structures, optimize project IRR and financial models, arrange multiple-supplier, management and engineering support from nearly any industrialized country, and help raise additional equity when required.
